سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع

يمكن لزبائننا الكرام استبدال أو استرجاع مشترياتهم خلال 14 يوما من تاريخ الشراء، ضمن الشروط والأحكام التالية:

• أن تكون السلع المراد استبدالها أو استرجاعها بغلافها الأصلي عند الشراء ولم يتم فتحها وبحالة جيدة وقابلة للعرض ومرفقة بإيصال الشراء الأصلي.
• أن تكون السلع المراد استبدالها أو استرجاعها بها عيب لا يكون ظاهرا عند الشراء.

• إذا تم شراء البضاعة أثناء التخفيضات، يتم النظر في قيمة المنتج الواردة في فاتورة الشراء.

لا يمكن للمستهلك إرجاع أو استبدال البضائع في الحالات التالية:

• لا يمكن إرجاع أو استبدال السلع التي تم تصميمها بشكل شخصي للعميل.
• إذا قام العميل بفتح الغلاف الخارجي للمنتج.
• إذا كان العميل على علم بعيب موجود بالفعل في المنتج وقت الشراء وقبله كما هو.
• إذا كانت المواصفات أو طريقة تغليف البضاعة تمنع استبدالها أو إرجاعها لأن ذلك يؤدي إلى تلفها أو يجعل من المستحيل إعادتها إلى حالة الشراء الأصلية، وبالتالي يستحيل إعادة بيعها.
• إذا قام العميل بإساءة استخدام البضاعة أو تلفها.

في حال قبول الاسترجاع وفقا للشروط والأحكام المبينة أعلاه، يتم رد ثمن السلع بذات الطريقة التي تم الدفع بها عند الشراء أو بأية طريقة أخرى يتم الاتفاق عليها. هذا ولن يتم استرجاع أو استبدال السلع التي لا تنطبق عليها الأحكام والشروط المبينة أعلاه.

Photobrick Exchange and Return Policy

Our valued customers can exchange or return their purchases within 14 days from the date of purchase, according to the following terms and conditions:

• The goods to be exchanged or returned must be in their original packaging at the time of purchase and have not been opened, in good condition, displayable, with the original purchase receipt.
• The goods to be exchanged or returned have a defect that was not apparent at the time of purchase.

• If the goods were purchased during a sale, the value of the product contained in the purchase invoice is considered.

The consumer cannot return or exchange the goods in the following cases:

• Items that have been personally designed for the customer cannot be returned or exchanged.
• If the customer opens the outer packaging of the product.
• If the customer is aware of a defect that already exists in the product at the time of purchase and accepted it.
• If the specifications or method of packaging the goods prevent their replacement or return because this leads to their damage or makes it impossible to return them to the original purchase condition, and therefore impossible to resell them.

• If the customer misuses or damages the goods.

In the event that the return is accepted in accordance with the terms and conditions set out above, the price of the goods will be refunded in the same manner as was paid upon purchase or in any other way agreed upon. Goods that do not meet the above terms and conditions will not be returned or exchanged.
